We understand how overwhelming it can be to choose from countless Korean clinics and salons, especially with limited language access.We’re here to take the guesswork out of your beauty itinerary and help you discover places locals trust — at a fair, local price.
Payment & Refund Policy
The fee is for Glownary’s Glowcierge service only.
Treatment fees must be paid directly at the salon/clinic on the day of your visit.
Some partner salons may require a separate deposit, which will be communicated before final confirmation.
If a deposit was paid in advance, you’ll only need to pay the remaining balance at the salon or clinics.
Glowcierge’s service fee is non-refundable once booking coordination has begun.
A full refund will only be issued if neither your requested time nor a suitable alternative is available.
In case of a no-show, any deposit paid to the salon will be forfeited, based on the salon’s policy.
